fantastic hotel, me and my partner booked in for a week, we where welcomed by the staff, great place to stay, clean and freindly, great atmosphere we will be back soon more

Basically on arrival, we was welcomed by the hotel owner KEN, witch we was begging to be abit warey of as he was trying to giveur 14 year old son alcahol. the only good thing going for this hotel is its cheap and its location but the rest.. on entering the hotel you are overwhelmed by a smell of wet dog!! the carpets look filthy . in the room the bed was so so soft i think the base was broken. the room was very cold and the heater didnt work.... more

We have only just returned from this hotel as of June 2007 and have firmly stated WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN and we sincerely beg hard working members of the public not to burn their hard earned money by giving it to the owner of this run-down, sub-standard hotel. i had the pleasure of staying here 3 - 7may 2007. what a friendly, clean and excellent value hotel Ok so there is some decorating needs doing, but hey i have stayed in the Hilton and had more cause for complaint believe me. I will definately be back for its central location,cleanliness and hospitality second to none more

styed here with a group of friends and had a great time - true the decor needs up dating but its clean and friendly and the breakfast is a sets you up well. Happy to stay there and will be back the owner is great and so helpful. more

this is neither my first nor will it be my last stay at this hotel. Although it is cheap it is by no meanst nasty. The rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. Bar was open late and the owner was very friendly. if you want a good value hotel in Blackpool close to all attractions, then i reccommend... more
