I've stayed at this hotel almost every year since it opened and it always lives up to expectations. I was particularly impressed this year, as the main ride at the Pleasure Beach (Pepsi Max Big One) was closed the day we went due to high winds, but the hotel (Tara Valentine) got us back in free the next day for... Good hotel but perhaps a Little expensive if you do not take advantage of the concessions for Pleasure Beach.Rooms were comfortable and had everything that was needed, including iron. Probably more suitable for families than couples its a nice place to stay. Breakfast was good. We had two problems. The Pleasure Park wi-fi continually failed so it was as if... More

Stayed here for 3 nights 13th-16th August in a superior twin room (301). The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very large but the toilet was crammed into a corner next to the sink...all that space and it was not used correctly! I requested a park view and a high floor, reception apologised for not being able to... More
