I have been going to the Dukeries for nearly 10 years now and would not consider anywhere else. The location is superb and Marilyn, Dan, Simon, Debbie and their staff are excellent hosts. Standards never drop and get better every year as they are always striving to make improvements. No easy task in this economic climate. There are now lovely... More

After spending 2 nights at The Duckries on the 30&31 August 2013 I am sad to say that it was the worset ever b&b/hotel I have ever stayed in in blackpool. The rooms look like they haven't been cleaned for years, the food was ok but there could have been more options. The lady that owned the place was more... More

Stayed here for 1 night in July with my partner as a base to go to the World Matchplay Darts. Check in was smooth and room was clean. Had a twin room on the first floor to the front. Beds were comfy (although only used 1, lol!) and room was spacious. Toilet was quite small but typical of Blackpool B&B's.... More

Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the owners who were very accommodating and friendly. Initially they had allocated my mom and I on a different floor, but moved us to the same level as our friends which included a bigger room. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and normal English breakfast. They even... More

OMG. I've stayed in Blackpool many a time but this is truly the best stay I've ever had due to the service/welcome I had at this gorgeous hotel. I've stayed in many plush hotels, including high end bracket hiltons, radissons, marriots etc but although much smaller in size I thought I equally enjoyed my stay at this little gem. The... More

I've know no idea if the people who put good reviews about this hotel are genuine or not. They must have had a lot of blind people who stayed at this hotel!! The hotel is nothing more than basic\and believe me' this is me being kind. The carpets are in need of some serious vacuuming. (I was itching all night!)... More

Lovely little hotel, very reasonably priced. Room 19 good size twin. Very close to Winter gardens and shops, and only 10 minute walk from Blackpool North train station (or £5 in taxi). Owner very pleasant and helpful and would certainly stay here again if I ad to go to Blackpool.
