Run down, carpets need replacing , balconys run down and bits hanging off, dining room just about acceptable but ceiling tile fell down on 2nd day. Just got back from a weeks stay there in our usual room as we take our dog with us. Staff are always very friendly and chat with us. Food is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for them. Room is always kept spotless and clean beds are always welcoming. Another BRILLIANT stay and see you guys real soon
