What a fantastic little gem of a hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and I guess recently renovated, as they looked immaculate. Plenty of room when your in it, but get out and about. You are in Blackpool afterall. The other public areas of the Hotel and warm and welcoming. A great service can be had at the bar and... more

Our party consisted of myself,my husband, our three teenage children and three grandparents (pensioners.) Our rooms were very clean, spacious and had recently been refurbished. Meals were excellent........we are very particular when eating out and would give this hotel 10/10 for... more

I can't believe the other reviews on this site!!! I stayed here with 3 friends while attending a 3-day fitness convention at the Winter Gardens. Despite being told the hotel had just undergone refurbishment (where?) our rooms were shabby and dated; the carpets were threadbare and coming off the stairs; the heat at night in the corridors, as well as... more

This guest arrived in the middle of a major refurbishment period. We have refitted and/or redecorated the majority of our rooms. Most of our rooms are now non smoking but those that allow smoking will not be refurbished until next year when we make them all non smoking. Carpets are being replaced throughout the hotel. Yet we are unable to...
