I would never recommend family's staying here, or anyone for that matter. Me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights and the stay was vile, all you get is drunk, loud and noisy p1ss heads banging on your door at 4 in the morning. Me and my friend feared for our safety going out the room past midnight. Christ... More

I've been in this hotel for a week and my experience was horrible. Dirty room, rude staff...the worse hotel I've been in my life. It's also very noisy, and because nobody is in the reception almost never, they don't care if you have any problem.

Just returned from an over night stay at this hotel. First impressions were ok nothing to write home about but nothing to shock us, that was until we pulled back the sheets and looked at the room a little closer! There were numerous stains on the so called white bedding, a massive white stain up the curtain ( this I'm... More

We were pleased on arrival that there was ample parking for our people carrier. On arrival we were disappointed to find the Indian restaurant advertised in the hotel was shut. The room was small but clean and the beds were very comfortable leading to a good nights sleep. We paid extra for the breakfast which was buffet style where you... More

Although Blackpool was pretty much full, I expected to have to pay over the odds for a room for the night. Paying well in excess of £100, plus extra for breakfast, I expected the room to be at least clean, but alas, no! Bed sheets were dirty (looked like blood stains) a towel was laid on the bathroom floor (no... More

Cheap but definitely not cheerful. We booked for a one night stay and left without staying after seeing the room and the staircase to the room. The bed was in disrepair with grubby pillowcases, sheets and duvet cover, these had not been changed for sometime. The duvet was blood stained and the bathroom dirty. We were offered a change of... Stayed here for one night on Saturday 18th October 2014, we paid £80 for a double room, room size was ok... Bathroom- cold tap was very very difficult to turn off. There was a poo in our toilet, the sealent was dirty around the sink. The bed had hard metal springs all in it, very uncomfortable. My friend and his... More

Seemed like a worn out old dumpy place, room was dated but bedding was clean. Like I said not terrible but not particularly nice either. Hotel next door was derelict and we were kept awake by bus of tiles falling off their roof and doors banging in the wind. Looked life the place was run by Pakistanis and a lot... More
