Wonderful place to stay great service bargain prices best breaky around, lovely owner so down to earth, friendly and welcoming since my first stay here its the only place i will stay now.. i see no reason for any negativity or bad feedback as its clearly not possible if your a snob and cant have a laugh then dont bother... More

We stayed again in Oct. While we were down seein some friends from Wales. And same again Anne was amazin. Breakfast was amazin. And she is so lovely and caring. And whn I come bk Anne I want the same room at the front. We loved it. Defo a place to be whn ur visiting Blackpool

Never ever will we be staying there again all bad with our chest damp in every room all dogs cats hair every where even in the food worst place ever disgusting the smell is unbelievable we had to go out and by plug in air fresheners the showers was full of mould the place needs a good scrub!!! Typical bnb . We come back here a lot because at the home from home atmosphere that Anne gives you there is nothing this lovely lady won't so for you and it shows in the repeated business she gets !! Roll on summer when we will be back !!

After reading the reviews on trip advisor, maybe we were expecting a lot - but we got it. The breakfasts every day was plentiful, nice and filling and 'proper' food. Our son wanted a particular cereal which the landlady managed to get and remembered every day after that. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the landlady... More

Booked this hotel to stay for 3 nights but on arrival the place was filthy.Carpets looked like they had not been hoovered for weeks and there was a horrible smell throughout.Needless to say we about turned and went elsewhere.My advice would be avoid at all costs

Place could do with a complete re-furb, and dinner room and stairs a good hoover. But could not fault the land lady she went out of her way to help you out . breakfast help youre self which was lovely and plenty of.

This is a great place to stay in Blackpool, not far from the centre of the action, including the beach, town centre, Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre, etc. and right on a direct bus link also; not forgetting only a ten minute walk to Blackpool South Station.
