Great little guest-house with a lovely welcoming owner! Stayed here with a large group of friends and couldn't have received a warmer, friendlier welcome. The rooms are basic but for such a value price you don't need much more. I'd recommend for a couple night stay and it's a 5 min walk from the central pier.

After a nightmare journey to Blackpool, a lovely welcome was awaiting me from the owner. We had a nice chat as I was shown to my room. Clean, nice room with plenty of tea and coffee. The only thing that was a let down was the toilet. It was dirty so I cleaned it myself. A good basic guest house... More

stayed here for two nights with my family. Excellent situation and very warm welcome. Clean and tidy rooms. our room did not have a shower or toilet but for 15 pounds a night each it was not a problem as the shower room was just next door. 15 pounds a night is great value for this hotel. We will go... More

After reading the previous mixed reviews I was dubious about this place but for £15 a night I thought it was great. Its certainly not the Ritz by any means but the staff were very friendly room was ok and the location is fantastic. We were celebrating a mates 21st birthday and were probably a little noisy coming in from... More

Rooms were exactly what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Cheap drinks too :-P I would recommend to... More

She did anything to could to help us. The rooms were spotless, just what an overnight stay needed a bed and a brew in the morning The shared toilets and shower... More

A group of ten of us stayed here for 2 nights and the place exceeded my expectations! The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the seafront and all the amenities/pubs/clubs etc. The 4/5 bed rooms that we stayed in are basic but everything you need is supplied when on a stag do, the Tea/coffee making facilities in your... Reviews on this hotel are a bit harsh. The owners are very polite and very welcoming. I "liked" the hotel on facebook and made comment we was lost and she called me to say she was coming to get me! how nice!! location is very central. About 5 or so mins to tower. The street is very nice and lit... More

We stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary they made our room look lovely with rose petals on the bed and swans made out of the towels. They also gave us a bottle of bubbly and some lovely roses. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely. Thankyou for making... More
