First off, I know it's only £20 a night and "you get what you pay for" but you don't even get what you pay for! 3 big blokes in a room which had 3 mattresses on the floor and.....that's it! Curtains were hanging by a thread and then fell down on my mates head! Towel wrack was hanging by the... More

Malibu Party Hotel...Sounds Good but I had more fun covering my privates in jam and dangling them in a wasps nest! You don't expect much for £20 but broken curtain rail, a matress on a floor, towel covered in urine on the floor by toilet, towel rail hanging of with nails sticking out. The place is run by characters more... More

This hotel, well it's was really more like a hostel that makes travelodges look like the Hilton (I have nothing against travelodges though. I went with a group of 17 girls for a hen do. As soon we got there we were asked for two people who had dropped out, although they had already paid their deposit. We were then... More

Was booked in to the malibu as part of a group of boys and wasn't expecting anything great-however what was on offer was far less than expectations. Being honest I wouldn't let my dog stay in this place The rooms were disgraceful ceiling loose, carpet covered in sick stains, mattress stained, no lightbulbs in some lights and no curtains. The... I visited the Malibu 'party hotel' on Grand National weekend to celebrate a friends birthday. We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a outdated decor and a nasal concoction of students socks and out dated cheese. The check in took a few minutes whilst a gang of thugs lined up to compete in punching a mechanical bag in... More

The worst B n B I have ever stayed in. Dusty floors, Dirty toilets, boarded up windows, broken shower. I stayed in a double room I didn't even have a bed my friend had a queen bed and I had a small sofa! Awful!

On arrival, the handrail leading down to the entrance was hanging off, 11 of us shared 2 rooms, which were ample roomy enough, even with 7 of us in one room, the bedding was clean, and the shower worked, what more do some people who write reviews on here slagging this hotel off expect ?? You get what you pay... More

Stayed here with a group of 8 friends on a saturday night. We appreciated that given the cost of the rooms we weren't going to be checking into a boutique hotel. Upon arrival it quickly became apparent that what little expectations we did have for the place weren't going to be met. Checking in was farcical, the reception desk fell... More

Well, we booked this hotel blindly without reading any reviews first. We read the reviews after booking and couldn't help but think hat we had booked into death trap flea pit. We had a group of 16 staying here for a stag do and men being men, it was just somewhere to get our heads down. We checked into the... More
