very welcoming and friendly, staff could do enough for us. Hotel is very comfortable nicely decorated with all mode cons. Very surprised with what we got for Blackpool standards probably a little more expensive than some hotels but you get great quality and worth every penny. Location very good close to the Tower and other attractions. Breakfast very good, good... More

Welcoming and friendly. Suitable location for Winter Gardens, shopping, and the pier. Rooms are generally clean and have everything that you need. We asked for a jug of fresh milk which was no bother to the staff. Poor TV signal, minor detail as we weren't there to watch television. They give you a card and a list of restaurants/cafes and... Dear Sarah. Thank you for your kind review. We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. It is true that we had a poor TV signal for 3 days, thankfully we managed to get our aerial repaired. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We are looking forward to seeing you again at your next... More

Excellent little find. Stayed here with 10 friends and had a fantastic stay. Best hotel I've ever stayed in Blackpool. Rooms were very nicely decorated with very comfy beds and decent pillows. Free WiFi in the rooms as well. Breakfast was lovely, choice of cereals, fruits and a cooked breakfast and plenty toast and tea and coffee. Everywhere very clean... More

After a long drive I was happy to see parking to the rear. We were quickly greeted at the door and checked in, Once I had the bags in the room I was offered a nice tea in the lounge. The hotel is well maintained for its age and the rooms are modern and clean, the room was always nicely... More

We only stayed for one night but the welcome we received was warm and friendly. After checking in we were shown to our room which although not huge was perfect for the two of us to stay in. The bathroom was clean and bright, as was the bedroom itself. The in-room tea and coffee facilities were also appreciated. Breakfast in... More

What a fabulous find! A warm welcome followed by a nights stay in a clean, quiet, modern room with a huge clean en suite filled with soft white towels. We stayed over whilst visiting the winter gardens which is a 5 minutes walk away and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely with attentive waitresses offering a choice... Just returned home from an overnight stay at Pelham Lodge. The staff were fabulous - special thanks to the manager Martin for making a massive fuss of my son for his birthday! He was overwhelmed with the Balloons, Badge, Magic Tricks and singing! It absolutely made his weekend!! This hotel is very clean, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. I... More

Stayed at the Pelham lodge at the end of October and have to say it was a completely enjoyable experience. The staff were extremely helpfully and so friendly from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The girls who served us at breakfast were awesome. They couldn't have done any more for us. The room was very clean... More

We stayed here with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson for 1 night on 1st November. We received a friendly welcome with a dog balloon being made for our grandson. The rooms were large with flat screen tv, tea and coffee making facilities and a large bathroom with walk in shower and a generous supply of toiletries. The bed was so... More
