this was the first time we stayed at this hotel, easy to find, hotel was very clean&tidy.hazel the proprietor could not do enough for us,the food was first class just a great place to stay ,we are going back soon. thanks for a great weekend.

Highly recommend staying here, Hazel made us very welcome..Breakfast 10/10 perfect.. bedrooms very clean plenty of space..great location 5 minute walk to beach great for family's or couples.. :-)

Being just 5 minutes from the beach and central pier, the Tower, Winter Gardens and the lively town center there's something for everyone, yet Palatine road is relatively quiet so you're not kept up all night... We were only there for an overnight stay but the accommodation was everything you might expect for the prices paid. What made it unique, for me, was the family room layout. “Great hotel ideal for families”

Stayed two nights 8th - 10th April for football match.Ideal location for football ground and central for nightlife.Very clean rooms , breakfast lovely ,very helpful would defo stay again!!!

Great location, good price. The owner was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. I am going to be staying again very soon en route from Surrey to Scotland. Nice and quiet yet convenient for the Tower etc. Lovely

excellent from start to finish.... The owner could'nt do enough for us after we left it very late to book, she rearranged the rooms to suit and even change the breakfast times to suit. I could'nt recommend this B&B high enough!! great service and great breakfast!!.... we all will definately be using this B&B again.
