We have just returned from this hotel after staying for one night. Having decided at the last min we'd stay over we came upon the allandale which was one of the few left that had vacancies. It looked good from the outside so we just checked in. I wish we hadn't. The lady gave us the keys and we went... More

26 of us stayed at the Allandale Hotel at the weekend we all had a brilliant time. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was nice. It is a short taxi ride or a long walk to the main pubs if that's what your going for. However, the plus side to this was it was quiet when you wanted... More

Another top holiday spent in the best hotel in Blackpool, have lost count of the numerous times myself, friends and family have stayed there... Owners and staff actually treat you like family...bedrooms are spotlessly clean, the bar area is warm and welcoming (and very reasonably priced) and the breakfast is by far the best in the North West.....A MUST for... On arriving was greeted by miserable owner who was exceptionally rude. The room was filthy with paint and wood chippings all over the floor. The tv wasn't working. Worst Nights sleep EVER. The shower gave minor burns due to the scolding water pumping through it. Breakfast was not acceptable for my dog , cold, greasy soggy food and freezing coffee.... More

We arrived for a random night in Blackpool around tea time and spent a good hour trying to find a hotel or B&B with vacancies. Allandale on the sea front had 2 rooms available and to be honest we were happy to find somewhere available at this time. The receptionist had a face on her and general demeanour where it... More

We took our son to blackpool randomly on a day trip and as the weather was nice so we decided to stay over. At the time of our stay it was very busy and this was one of the few hotels with vacancies. Good points - Location is brilliant and our room was over looking the sea front. - Cleanliness... More

I took my Under 13s football team to the Blackpool tournament for the weekend, arriving on Friday May 10th. There were 14 kids and 18 adults, and everyone was greeted on arrival by Pauline who had agreed to do a cold buffet as we were all arriving seperately. There was a lovely spread on and she even gave us the... More

I stayed in this hotel with my son's football team and a few parents. Pauline was there to greet us as soon as we arrived and then came out to greet everyone else when they arrived. We were allowed to leave our luggage on the bar area until we came back from the pleasure beach. We were told dinner was... More
