Having had a very underwhelming and over-pricey experience in the Hilton last time we stayed in Blackpool this place was really excellent and great value. Steve and Lee were hospitable and friendly and we would definitely stay again. The breakfast and the room surpassed our expectations and we would highly recommend this guest house.

I've stayed in many b&b's/hotels in Blackpool as i am a regular visitor and most have been below par or 'claiming' to be good. I decided to try 'De Lovely' and i'm really pleased i did. I arrived on a blustery and freezing evening, i nearly ended up in the sky like a Mary Poppins nanny it was so windy.... More

We stayed at the De-Lovely for the Twixmas period and had a really good time. Even though it was cold outside the b&b was lovely and warm inside. The décor is nice and the hosts are attentive and friendly. Breakfast was superb, we both had the full English and as other people have mentioned on trip advisor the sausage are... More

Stayed here in September for my birthday weekend and couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay. We were made to feel really welcome from the start with a cup of tea before being shown to our room. Out room was decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean, couldn't have asked for any more. We were given a discount card... More

This b&b was great value for money. Stephen and Leigh were great hosts, very helpful and friendly. Gave us helpful advice on where we wanted to go. Good location for tram, seafront, Winter Gardens. Wonderful breakfast, great poached eggs. Two single rooms at a very good price, with very comfortable beds.

Just got back from our Halloween weekend at De Lovely. The boys have excelled themselves yet again. The bar area and dining room were decorated with ghosts, ghouls and other frights. This set the scene for a spooky time in Blackpool. We received our usual welcome as friends as they do to all their guests. We stayed in the Tiger... More

From the moment we arrived Steve and Leigh made us feel welcome, providing much needed liquid refreshments, taking our case up to our room and answering any questions before we even needed to ask. The feel, the ambience, of the guest house is fab-u-lous! We had a separate, adjoining room for the kids which was decorated so well we wanted... More

Stayed here 24th, 25th and 26th October, booked out the hotel for a friends 30th birthday, what a truly amazing weekend we had, the host Stevie was excellent, so accommodating and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, he organised food for the first night and even got involved with the fancy dress, I've stayed in many hotels all over... My daughter and I have just stayed at De-lovely for our friends 30th. All I can say is the welcome, the service and the effort that went in to making Tony's 30th birthday all that he wanted was nothing short of amazing. With regard to the review 'Am I missing something?', all I can say to Stevie and Leigh is... More
