We had a weekend break to Blackpool last weekend which was great fun. We stayed in the Imperial Hotel as it was classified as a 4 star hotel. The place was not bad, this is not a review in which I'm going to trash the place! The venue was a 3-star at best. The rooms were clean, the staff were... More

We stayed here 2 nights and booked a standard double room, on arrival decided to upgrade to a family room as the bathroom was tiny and view was non existent. The family room was nice, very spacious, however on moving the bed to pick up my wallet found old sweets, wrappers, a sock and a childs slipper under the bed,... More

This is the second time my husband and I returned to the Imperial Hotel in 2014. It is a lovely hotel is a good location. It is outwith the busyness of Blackpool, and its main attractions, but within walking distance or a short tram ride. The rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and of a good size with all necessities... More

Paul the booking agent was so helpful in finding us the best deal, check in was straight forward with really polite, friendly and efficiant staff. The room was fabulous... More

A very large think its 5 star hotel overlooking the seafront. The tram stops outside, very convenient location, you can walk to all the main attractions easily. The pool and facilities are great, they provide nice fluffy towels for the pool. I would book all beauty and therapies before your trip as the therapist were off on leave when we... More

We stayed there in August with a Saga group on a dancing holiday. I have stayed in worse, and was comparatively happy with my comfortable room and clean bathroom, with a view only of a rear well, but everyone in the group had a gripe. Most of our rooms looked out onto a rear well with vents from the kitchens. Pigeons... More

We were lucky enough to have a lovely sea view slightly impaired by the scaffolding. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable although the bed was a little firm for our taste. The hotel does charge for parking £3.50 per night which we didn't find out until we got there. Would of thought... More

We have just stayed at this hotel on fri/ sat 12th/13th sept and it was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful. We were in a premium room which was lovely. The only downside was that we booked through booking .com and they did not tell you there was renovations to the exterior until you had booked and paid,... More
