Booking in...pleasant staff seamless efficient booking in. Room traditional furniture needed touching up a little but added to the ambience of the room. Service in the restaurant could not fault it . Three members of staff on duty Sam and Natasha stood out with their lovely smiles and customer service, nothing detrimental to say about the third guy just didn't... More

After paying £115 for one nights room only we expected a certain level of hotel but were very disappointed. The check in guy was rude and barely made eye contact. The corridors were full of trollies containing laundry and towels and although our room looked newly renovated it was dated and depressing. The restaurant where we purchased breakfast was in... Took my Mum and Dad January 2015 as a Christmas Present. Check in great, we arrived too early but were told that both rooms were available and therefore we were able to unpack early and start our break. Rooms: Before viewing both rooms, we decided that my parents would be better in the lower floor room, however, wish we had... More

Everything about our stay was perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool. The valentines meal was lovely and they had decorated the room up very tastefully, wasn't expecting a box of chocolates at our table. Our room was a good size, clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of refreshments. Didn't take us long to walk to the tower, pleasant walk along the sea... More

Stayed last night for business in room 223 with a sea view. Arrive to a very warm welcome with recommendations for places to eat in town. The room was to a good standard and all amenities were available including tea & coffee making facilities, fridge and toiletries. I must say this i a lovely room. My colleague had a smaller... More

Booked a 2 night stay in a "Premium" room for my partners birthday, just what we wanted, a sea view and a bath. On arrival we checked in, very pleasant helpful staff. Went to our room and found it small, dark and the wind was whistling in round a quarter inch gap at the bottom of the window, despite being... More

The hotel looks lovely from the outside and located right on the sea front and promenade a short walk from bars and restaurants and the tower. The inside of the hotel is dated along with the hotel rooms but they are generally clean and tidy with plenty of hot water and decent wifi (even in the top floor rooms). Check... More

We booked a Premium Family room and were allocated room 124. Firstly let me say that I have stayed in some pretty luxurious hotels around the world and I knew what to expect from The Imperial. What the Imperial is, is a big old hotel with a fair slice of history and it has no doubt seen better days. If... More

We are a group of six just returned from a fab weekend staying at the Imperial Hotel Blackpool. This is a very impressive building and in its hayday no doubt was one of the best hotels. Yes this hotel is looking a bit tired but the service and staff make up for it. The staff are very friendly and go... More
