After staying at many hotels in Blackpool. We do really like the Imperial and have now visited 3 times in the last 2 years. Rooms are clean / spacious. Breakfast, plenty of choice. I do find it unacceptable the amount of seating and having to que for breakfast in a four star hotel isn't great. Staff very friendly. Lovely manager... More

Due to family illness and needing to be near to Blackburn Royal, we had had to cancel our longed for break at the Palace in Paignton - another grande old dame, (where they really do know how to look after guests,) so chose the Imperial in the hope that we would enjoy a pleasant substitute. We had emailed the hotel... More

I booked only a one night stay in this four star hotel for me and my partner. We were very excited after seeing beautiful photos of the hotel we could not wait for our stay. We were disappointed as soon as we got to reception. We recently had our debit cards switched over and were experiencing some problems as we... More

We had another relaxing visit with very kind and efficient staff to attend to our needs. The buffet breakfast with Philip in charge was one of the best we have had on each of the five occasions we have visited The Imperial. The evening meal was excellent too. We're looking forward to our next visit later in the year.

I stayed at the imperial last night and was disgusted!! When we arrived it was like walking into a oven! The windows don't open anywhere in this hotel including the bedrooms unless u class 3 inches being open!! If you have children espcially little ones the lack of ventalation is a health hazard. We checked in the stay including bed... More

the imperial is by far one of the best hotels in Blackpool, all staff were superb, rooms were well stocked and spotless, swimming pool area was also very nice, parking was a very reasonable £3.50 a day which is rock bottom for Blackpool,i would chose this hotel over the Hilton which is just next to it any day.

We have just returned, from this lovely Victorian Hotel, there were 6 of us (all adults), and we have enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was first class, so much to choose from, as was our evening meal, service in the restaurant and reception very good and professional. The rooms were clean, plenty of hot water and a good... More

This hotel brings class and style to blackpool, we stayed for two nights for a birthday treat and had a great time. It's not modern but classy, yes the furniture is a bit tired but I didn't want a bland hotel but wanted one with character which is what the imperial gives you. Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and... More
