We paid £109 for 1 nights stay, this hotel looked fab on the net and rating 4*. this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. We had no blind in the bathroom, Slimy mould all around the bath, 2 towels and no face cloth. the room was awful. We had a meal in the restaraunt and my partner... more

The hotel has an impressive facade and is mostly well maintained inside. Alas, the aged lift did refuse to open at my floor and another guest had to force the doors apart. My room was relatively spacious and well equipped but the bathroom was very small. Both the room and the hall were extremely hot ( and i like my... more

The hotel is located on the North Prom, a short tram ride away from the attractions, but far enough to avoid the drunk stag & hens. The hotel is a beautiful old building, which in its day must have been the hight of luxury - today it is slightly faded glory, but its still a very nice hotel. Our room... more

We went to this hotel for our Anniversary and were appalled to see the standards of the room we were put in. Flies all over, dead ones swatted on the walls, torn wallpaper was enough for us to see and demand a swap of rooms. We were then put into a loft conversion type room which was a bit better... more

We have just had 2 nights at the imperial. We booked direct with the hotel so it was a little pricey, but on arrival we were upgraded to the Tower Suite which helped justify the price!! The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Nice fluffy white towels and bathrobes! The bed was unbelievably comfy!!! The only minus was no air... more

After a serious mix-up with our reservation (we had booked a 2 bedroom suite but the hotel had only got a 1 bedroom one available for us) the duty manager resolved the situation after 2 tense hours - and all parties were happy. Once we were in our suite our holiday began and we could not have been more delighted.... more

We (2A2C) stayed 2 nights at Imperial and got a direct hotel deal for £55 for a big family room/per night without breakfast. Room has a King bed, a Single bed and also a rollout bed. Believed the hotel is recently furnished so everything looked new. Hotel is situated at the other corner of the strip from Pleasure Beach so... more

nice old hotel, parts could do with makeover. Blackpool needs makeover also but still a fun place to go. Everyone had great time. weather was fantastic. Hotel had older crowd so very few young people. out of way so you have to walk a bit or take tram. not many shops nearby if you need something quickly or at night.... more
