booked two family rooms in September for a visit November. Was quoted a price and booked. We had stayed in this hotel when the previous couple Zara and Mick ran it and they were fantastic in every way so we thought all was good....NOT. The night before we were due to stay we were contacted to confirm our booking and... More

i arrived on a Friday at 2.00pm with no booking yet was greeted with a smile and warm welcome the booking in was quick and easy. The room was clean and pleasant the only minor complaints were the hot water tap was not working and the tea / coffee was not replenished daily. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and welcoming even to visitors, arriving to see a guest of the hotel. The owners are very friendly and hrlpful. My mother in law stayed here from mon to fri and she was very happy with the room and the help they gave her due to her disabilities. A great hotel and would recommend to anyone... More

Located on a side street just off the promenade with free parking out front which really appealed to us as everywhere we tried to park was charging. We paid £65 for the family room in the attic, which was a bargain as it included breakfast. Paid via a deposit on ebay and rest on arrival. It had a double bed, 2... More

'Does exactly what it says on the tin'. On arriving in the room there was a booklet. In it it said that you would arrive as visitors and leave as friends. We felt that this was true. The booklet also said that it was a small, friendly, warm and clean hotel. This was definitely the case. The breakfast each morning... More

This was our first time at Blackpool with our 3 children. The room was an excellent size for our family (2 adults and 3 children). All the children got a bed which they loved. The couple who run the hotel was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and good value for money which included breakfast. Will... More
