"uncomfortable" I really don't know how this hotel has such great reviews. On the way up, we recieve a phone call to ask our eta as there might not be anyone there to let us in. This caused great anxiety especially whn we were caught in a traffic jam. Fortunately we rung back and were advised thst someone would be... More

Decided to try on a friend's recommendation. Maggie and Dave good hosts. Rooms were good, with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied. Breakfast was lovely too. Evening meals were also available. Decent place at a decent price, good chance we will return in the future.

The Braemar is a very friendly and welcoming b&b, nothing is too much for them to get or do for you. The location is minutes from the promenade but away from the noise at night. When booking make sure you ask for a ensuite room as 2 rooms are not ensuite and they are tiny. I shall definitely visit again.

Stayed for four nights with my boyfriend. On arrival, we struggled to find a parking place but the owner saved us a spot outside and let us park for free which was lovely of her. She explained on the phone that we had a separate bathroom so we were fine with that. When we entered the room we both thought... More

We returned to The Braemar after previously stopping there last October & once again we were made to feel so welcome by Maggie & family. We were given the same room as on our last visit & once again everything was perfect. Breakfast was lovely. Another advantage with The Braemar is it's away from the prom so it's nice &... More

We were made to feel very comfortable, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was lovely with only a short walk to the promenade we didn't get any noise from the streets. The hotel was very easy to find.

Stayed at braemar hotel wed and thurs night 3rd and 4th july. Found it in very good location for all amenities in Blackpool. There was easy parking on the road and there is a car park at the end of the street. The room was quite compact but had everything we needed. Maggie was lovely very friendly and helpful. Breakfast... Myself and my son went for a mini break at the Braemar Hotel Blackpool. Magpie met us at the door and was so friendly and welcoming. We were very well looked after and our room was upgraded at her request. I have been to a few hotels over the years but have never been made to feel like a family... More
