My wife and I visited for 2 nights. Staff were okay, hotel was cheap for a reason. Hotel needs a serious refurbishment. Beds not fit for purpose. Very disappointed. Areas of the hotel weren't very clean. Had to pay extra for cooked breakfast.

I stayed here recently for my birthday. It started off well. Staff pleasant and rooms were adequate and clean. We returned about midnight having been told tehe would be karaoke and a late night bar. This was not the case. We were treated quite abruptly and shouted at by the staff. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse... More

Hole in bathroom floor under lino.Breakfast and absolute joke. Run down to the point of almost... More

Turned up on Friday after a very early journey from Scotland ready for the Blackpool Illumination light switch on, for our room to be cancelled on us right infront of our eyes! The receptionist was RUDE and beyond unhelpful. She told us our room had been cancelled because the card of booking was invalid and told us they'd emailed us... More
