Yes it's cheap, there are many cheaper in Blackpool, but the location is fab, right behind the giant Coral indoor amusement and entertainment centre, the room was a basic double, it was clean, the bathroom again basic but clean, staff very cheerful , breakfast continental, bread, cheese, cereals etc, but ok, 3 pound for full English if required, stayed 2... Cheap hotel for few nights. Bed was clean and that's my main priority when on holiday. Other than that not much. Had to ask for towels provide own soap etc.Rest of room was clean but a bit shabby, curtains hanging off rail.Window that didn't open so pity anyone staying here in summer. Continental breakfast was ok except one morning boiled... More

I made the mistake of reading the reviews an hour before we set off. It wasn't half as bad as we thought it was going to be. It does look run down on the approach. The man and lady on reception were very nice and friendly. We were early and we left our bags in a room till our room... More

The hotel is clearly in need of a total refurbishment. Our room had stained carpets and the bathroom smelled of excrement. The dining area was reasonably clean. However, the breakfast options was very limited. You get a continental breakfast and can include a full English cooked breakfast for a small fee of £3, our party decided to eat elsewhere for... Having read the reviews on here, I was slightly dreading this stay. But..... the room was quite nice and clean, we'd booked a twin and ended up in a room with a double and a single, roomy ensuite, lots of towels. We were basically just sleeping there. The people on reception seemed more like computer operators than welcoming, but the... More

I've stayed here numerous times over the past 18 months & always been very happy. However this recent stay was not the best. I believe the current owners are away & we certainly suffered at the hands of total sloppiness & bad management. Rooms where great as normal staff where unhelpful & could only speak very little English. Breakfast was... More

After Reading other reviews of this hotel I feel compelled to put one myself. The location was great, the staff were helpful. The rooms were not fantastic but fine for what we wanted 'somewhere to sleep'. The bar area was good. Who goes to blackpool to stay in their room? 100% value for money. Would happily book this hotel again.... More

Came here on a girly weekend, wasn't expecting much as I don't think many of the hotels are very nice in Blackpool but it was even worse than I thought! The only reason I'd give this hotel just 1 star is because the staff on reception are really nice and that you can't give them any lower. When we first... More
