Excellent location close to Tower and all attractions. Staff were friendly and continental breakfast was good. Bathroom was shabby and damp, bed was not over comfortable and room was shabby. At £140 for 3 people for 4 nights we felt it was not very good value for money. Sorry but would not go back again.

The bathroom was beyond grim, mould every where, shower door broken, lime scale all over the shower head so it wasn't very effective, curtains that didn't close, a window with no curtain so that lights from the Tower... My wife and I visited for 2 nights. Staff were okay, hotel was cheap for a reason. Hotel needs a serious refurbishment. Beds not fit for purpose. Very disappointed. Areas of the hotel weren't very clean. Had to pay extra for cooked breakfast.
