Martyn amd Sharon made us welcome as soon as we arrived....which was early, before check-in but we were allowed to park there. We came back at 2.30 to checkin and spent half an hour in the bar & (excellent lights!) had a couple of ciders. Martyn took time to chat to us, even tho they were busy. We had an... More

Recently stayed here but was not impressed with the very small room. The mattress was very uncomfortable and you could feel all the springs. The walls are paper thin so you can hear people talking in the next room. The floorboards in the corridor creaked so disturbed us everytime someone went past to use the toilet. The shower room was... Recently booked this "hotel" for a nights stay in Blackpool, when we got there we were told that there was no guest parking left and that we should find a public car park, cost £13 for over night, wonderful start, returning to the "hotel" 1 hr later we were shown to our "accommodation" on inspection we found that it was... Hi thankyou for your reent review ( even though you never stayed here). I would like to bring it to your attention that it was YOU who booked the room through booking.com and it is not our fault that you do not no the difference between a standard double room and an en-suite room, in which YOU booked the standard... After seeing the responses to other bad reviews I thought I might not write this but here we go. We were greeted after ringing the bell by a lady (no introduction) who appeared bothered that we were checking in at around 3:30pm and she told us about breakfast after shouting down the stairs to find out the details of it... In response to your review above number 1. it does take a while to get from downstairs to answer the door as we do not live behind the doorbell. Number 2. Everybody that checks in is taken downstairs to the dining room/bar area to be checked in. Number 3. I don't understand where you are coming from about the duvets... More

If you are looking for a cental b&b to rest your head that is very cheap and basic then this guest house could be for you. It is very dated but if Martyn and Sharon were to over-hall the hotel it wouldn't be £20 a room per night with breakfast included! So I'm not going to pick faults there. What... More

Came down in a group including small children. We were advised off the owners that the hotel can be quite noisy on a saturday night and may not be suitable for small children (we had two under 18months). But we stuck with it and stayed anyways. It was very easy to find and had a very good secure car park... More

Myself and my family stayed here. Good value for money and the staff were very friendly. We had a family room which was amazing as there was no stairs to climb to get to it which was perfect for my daughter and buggy etc. We also had an amazing breakfast the following morning. Would defo recommend to others.

Stayed at the B+B with my daughter had a lovely time. Martyn and Sharon are lovely and did a nice breakfast for us. The location is fab a brief 5 min stroll to the front. Rooms are basic but a great deal for a stay in Blackpool. Thank you wish we could have stayed longer!

I stayed here for the August Bank Holiday with 5 friends, decent hotel, close to all the clubs and pubs (which we was there for) staff was very welcoming, and breakfast in the morning was hot and lovely, even if we was hungover.... Couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend this hotel if your after a cheap basic stay in... More
