Clean and comfortable rooms, huge cooked to order breakfast. Wonderful owners and friendly staff. Fantastic location, few minutes walk to Promenade, Tower, Theatre's and shops, not forgetting the Pub's & Clubs.

I stayed here for two nights from the 30 October. I was photographing a dance event at the Winter Gardens and I selected the Charnley Gold for its location, which is excellent for the Winter Gardens and the centre of Blackpool generally. I had a Double room, No. 10 was clean and compact but had everything you needed, tea, coffee,... More

A very central location, family run so very friendly- rooms small compact but has the things you need for an overnight stay and beds comfy enough- breakfast was great something for everyone even fussy kids! Ideal for a budget stay 😊

Family Room as expected was clean with tea and coffee tray, small shower room and a double bed and 2 singles. A little noisy at night but that was due to a neighbouring hotel and not this one so can't be helped. Good location close to attractions the only negative was no available parking in the car parks nearby and... More

We found this hotel after our other one had double booked it was so cosy friendly and nice. First the owner came outside and physically showed us where to park. The bar was good the owner was so social and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good with a wide variety of food. Overall it was a brilliant stay.

booked this B&B for a 1 night stay to see the illuminations. After reading previous reports we thought this would suit us. We were right. Great breakfast. Lovely bar area. Fab location for tower, pier, tram and other attractions. We had a family room, 3 single beds, in a cosy newly decorated room, small en suite shower room. Annabelle and... More

Nice warm welcome for me and my 6yo. Cosy room which was nice and warm. Pleasant bar area to relax, drinks not too expensive. Good breakfast served by friendly staff. All in all very good and value for money.

Great hosts with a friendly and personal touch, located a short walk from the Winter Gardens a even closer to the Ruskin which is important for evening socials. Room was... More

the room was small, cute and clean, and all the staff were friendly. Also the location is pretty good. It was obvious that this was a poular hotel as there were many other guests. I would definatelly recommend this hotel for couples with a budget.
