Rooms dated. Units all scratched. TV could get only 4 main channels couldn't get c5 towards end stay got itv2. Standard of cleaning needs a complete overhaul. Booked last minuet one night stay 4adults 3children cheap and cheerful is best way to describe this hotel, we booked 3 rooms half board. Room was clean if a little tired. Breakfast was buffet style, and very adequate for what was paid. Tram stops outside the hotel for journeys into North Pier or Tower.
