Staff were very very good. The hotel could do with a refurb here and there but not bad. The coffee and tea served at breakfast could do with improvement, it was not nice to drink at all but the food was ok. The reception staff were the best and represented the hotel best. Nothing too much trouble for them. More

This hotel really needs some tlc and would not recommend due to location as its miles out of Blackpool . Good if you want a pool . Entertainment provided but poor and the rooms shocking and dirty. Puck elsewhere. Plus side the food was good . More

The first thing to say is that this is a TERRIBLE hotel - Please don't stay here!!! It really is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. It's dirty, run down and full of ugly uncouth people and barking dogs. Please spare yourself and stay somewhere nicer. If it had been dry, I would seriously have considered sleeping... More

We only paid £29 for a double room and breakfast and for that we certainly got value for money! All you can eat buffet breakfast and a roof over your head! In its day this hotel would have been a market leader.....unfortunately tho it is stuck in its time and had not been updated much but for a cheap base... More

Looked nice in the photo, and maybe was 30 years ago... seemed cheap at £39/room ('reduced' from £129), but compared to a similarly priced Premier Inn or Travelodge the standards of cleanliness were poor... dirty stained carpets, dried vomit stains on toilet, TV that doesn't work, pubic hair in the bed, furniture that you'd be embarrassed to take to the... You must remember this hotel is absolutely huge but we found it great value for money. To referb it up to the standard of smaller establishments wouldn`t be economically viable given the amount of foot passengers so given the above statement the hotel was adequate. The lady at check in was very helpful and presented various options for the evening... More

Just stayed a week at The Norbrek. (3rd year) Huge hotel, great swimming pool and gym facilities. good reception staff (mostly) and check-in. My Room had a comfy bed and brilliant big Jacuzzi bath. Loads of hot water. Sadly no shaver point in the bathroom to charge my toothbrush. Toilet was difficult to flush and No loo brush provided. The... More

The occasion a five day stay with the" Keyboard Cavalcade" event for music enthusiasts. The price of the rooms would indicate what to expect. I drove my new husband to Blackpool to experience the north west he liked it and I expect we will be back next year. The hotel is old but welcoming our room was very clean the... More
