Booked for a family room, arrived to find there were no rooms available, as you can imagine we were pretty annoyed especially as it was bank holiday and we had small children.. One receptionist was pretty useless, but the other blonde lady told us she had found us a room and we could check in later. What a lovely surprise... More

I am a clerical contract worker in blackpool, I have been a guest Monday to Friday for about 6 months. The hotel is Edwardian with upadates in the 80s, the rooms are ample in size, the housekeepers keep the bedrooms and public areas immaculate. If you book here its worth booking a dinner there is a wide choice of good... More

We read the reviews but didn't listen as thought 'it can't be that bad' well it was. No parking, the lift is tiny, only room for 3 at a time. We were given a 4th floor smoking room. We don't smoke and have two children and both my son and husband have asthma so we asked to moved. After being... More

Room was a million miles away - ok if I was on my own - nightmare with tired kids. Staff seemed bored to be there disappeared for five minutes just to get my change, no idea... More

My wife and I recently stayed here for 5 nights. We could not complain about the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and our evening meals were excellent. The chefs were very helpful and accommodating as my wife has some food allergies. They even cooked... More
