My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at the Highfield Hotel on the North Shore at Blackpool Lancashire England. The evening meals were amazing 3 course and all homemade soups and desserts beautifully presented. You were treated as a guest in someone's home, nothing was too much trouble, The beds were firm but not hard, the bathroom en-suite... more
