Stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 3 year old twins. Great sea front location, away from the noise but with a tram stop right outside. Family room was spotless, towels changed every morning and breakfast was a hit, especially with the kids! The lounge area is nice and a great place to unwind after a days activities. The... More

We stayed for 2 nights the rooms were ok a bit on the small side and bathrooms are dated.Lots of rooms on different levels and some very high up if you struggle with steps. No central heating but you do have an electric radiator on the wall , only downside is when you get back to the room its cold... More

Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Perfect room for our little family and staff always on hand to help. Close enough to all the attractions but away from all the hustle and bustle of the town centre. No noisy stag and hen parties to disturb you in the early hours! DVD player in the room kept the kids entertained when... More

We've just returned from our first three night stay at the Rutland Hotel, room with a sea view, very spacious and clean with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with everything that we required. Enjoyed having a couple of beers in the friendly bar before heading in to town. All in all great hotel, location and staff. Stayed for 2 nights with the family. We had a fantastic time and the hotel was fantastic. Just the right distance from the hustle and bustle. Tram and bus stops direct outside and a gorgeous breakfast. The owners couldn't do anymore for us and we will be back
