A hotel with a great welcome and dedicated caring staff, nothing is to much for them and the way they treat everyone with respect dignity and compassion is to be applauded. Chef does a great job the meals are well prepared and piping hot. This is not a hotel that is stingy with portions. The evening entertainment was great fun... More

This hotel achieves what every hotel should aim for, it gives everyone who stays there a wonderful break from their daily life. As an activity coordinator the enjoyment of the people I escort on holiday is key. Stayed at The Bond for 4 nights, excellent meals, liked buffet arrangements. Nice front Premium room, very noisy during day which didn't bother us too much when we spoke to a nice chap working next door putting in new wet room. Staff very friendly and helpful, easily accessible for my wife in wheelchair. Evening entertainment good, liked Dreamboats and Petticoats.... More

I have given a Very Good rating although I am rather uncertain whether it deserves that. The problem is that the staff and food were very good. Plenty of food, well cooked, and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All great. But by contrast the hotel itself was poor. Very "tired" and in need of some TLC.... More

After staying for the THIRD time we knew what to expect. This hotel is perfect for the disabled, mentally and physically, all the staff are fabulous and can't do enough for you. The food I think is brilliant, choice for everyone and in my opinion for the price, bed, breakfast and evening meal, plus a safe environment for my service... More
