Booked a two night stay via the website in a superior room, and although small, was not disappointed with view or decor. Leisure facilities were very large and busy during half term which were extremely fun at the end of busy days, before tripping the lights. Bar 19 suited our dining requirements but watch you don't come down to breakfast... more

Stayed here for three nights with my husband and 2 year old grandson, we didn't have the problems that people seemed to have last weekend and found the hotel corridors to be quiet enough at night. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, but the rooms are quite small and the bathrooms are in need of refurbishment, we had no... more

We stayed for one night and our stay was blighted in the main by the unacceptable behaviour of other guests We started trying to check in at the same time as most of the world and reception was swamped. No real welcome, heaved cases up stairs only to find there was a lift, the paper we ordered for the next... more

Just had a lovely two night stay here, a lovely setting and a nice stroll through Stanley Park to the seafront, (well quite a long walk actually). The hotel is pleasant and despite the views of some reviewers we found it to be clean and the food was excellent. On our first night we had a very peaceful night however... more

The Good : The leisure facilities, reception staff were helpfull, apart from that not much else is good about this hotel. The Bad : The cleanliness of the hotel is awful, it really needs a good deep clean all through. In paticular our room had numerous amounts of stains on the bedding, the bathroom was just dirty and in bad... more

We had booked this hotel hoping for a bit of luxury away from the biz of Blackpool. On arrival the room was clean, if a bit dated, but we had not been provided with a cot or second bed for the children. These arrived while we were at dinner. The food was nice, not excellent and over priced. However, staff... more

We were really excited about staying in the Heron's Reach for a couple of nights in September. The website made it look luxurious and relaxing and the leisure facilities looked very impressive. Heron's Reach is in a relaxing location, it is situated in its own grounds with a golf course and faces the beautiful Stanley Park. Unfortunately the serenity that... more
