Visited this hotel as part of a long weekend coach trip. Very friendly staff and the food was excellent only downside was the room size a bit on the small side but this would not put me off staying here again. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a short stay in Blackpool. It is only a 5 minute... More

Just spent a 5 day midweek break here based on a coach trip and 4 nights dinner, bed and breakfast. Firstly, our room, which was generously proportioned with a double bed and a single bed with an en-suite. Plenty storage and hanging space, tea, coffee replenished every day. What appeared to be a new carpet. Fresh towels every day. Clean... More

Was in Blackpool recently for the weekend and stayed at the Manhattan Hotel on the front on the North Promonade. The hotel is nice, rooms are small, on suite bathrooms are tiny but adequate. The hotel is clean and comfy and the staff were very friendly. The hotel had a bar, function area and a separate Dinning room. We were... More

Hotel Manhatten is on the promenade, in a central position about 5 minutes walk from The Blackpool tower. We had a double room 115 to say it was compact would be an understatement, to get in one side of the bed you had to rub your buttocks along the window ledge to gain entry, I don't know , but it... We booked a 2 night stay with our 2 children & family for the illuminations. Hotel staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. Although our room was very dated it was spotlessly clean. My mother in law had a very nice room however with a seaview. Dining room & lounge were lovely & comfortable. Evening entertainment for the older generation... More

We travelled on a coach trip, organised by KM Travel of Barnsley, South Yorkshire, leaving on the Friday 14th August 2015, where as the company provided a pick-up at our home to there depot in Barnsley, for £6... Myself and my husband stayed at the Manhattan for 4 nights. The staff were wonderfull. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The food was good. Our room not so good. Peeling wallpaper, one window latch was broken off and the other just hanging on. There was black mould in the shower tray. Yuck. On the whole we enjoyed our... More

I booked a room at another hotel for a short break to take our minds off hubby awaiting cancer results. It was so awful & staff so rude we were on our way home when we saw the MANHATTAN & asked a guest from the hotel what it was like. After thumbs up, we went in. & found staff really... More
