This place is amazing! We stayed for two nights to watch Blackpool football club. It's a 30 second walk from the ground and it's just perfect for what we wanted. I would really recommend that if you wanted a perfect b&b then this hotel is for you. Rooms were perfect beds are great and John and Liz are amazing!

Just returned from a 2 night stay, Friday & Saturday, John and Liz are great hosts, very welcoming. The hotel is lovely too, very well kept. Ideal location also. Can't fault anything at all. Got this booking from Hotels.com, next time I will just call direct. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for letting me and the Mrs into your home on a last minute booking. Esp that myself needed ground floor facilities and there is a massive lack of affordable rooms with facilities on ground floor. So so grateful for your kindness and loved the breakfast too. . will deffo be back :)

Lovely place, John and Liz are lovely people. Make you feel like home from home. Both were fab with lots of patience with my son with autism can't ask for more. Thanks to them for a fabulous holiday. Anything is no trouble. Just ask them if you need anything and they will do there best to help.

I stayed here for a couple of nights with my mum, dad and sister. The hotel was quiet at the time so we were fortunate in getting a space round the back of the hotel, but i think if the hotel was busy this likely wouldn't be the case, so if interested, just phone before you arrive. The owners were... More
