Key highlights of staying here. Both chaps are very friendly and will help you. Breakfast is excellent. Slight negatives Location it is a bit of a walk from central / south pier areas. If staying in the summer the room will be very hot - suggest you take your own fan.

This is a small hotel but is an excellent choice. We have stayed in some very poor chain hotels in Blackpool and took a chance on a small privately owned hotel. Check in is very flexible and we were greeted by one of the owners who was very pleasant and couldn't do enough to help us. The room was comfortable... More

Just returned from a brilliant weekend at Waves, John & Dean are the perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us. Dean's breakfast is superb, the best we've had in a b&b, can't be faulted, also the kids loved the placemats, a very nice touch! Aftersun was provided when I had a bit too much sun which was really kind.... More

Breakfast was outstanding and so much choice, bed was very comfortable. I want to go back... More

Stayed at Waves 2 times so far both over the weekend and I wouldn't stay anywhere else! John and Dean will do anything for you and go out of there way to make sure you have a great stay, which I can guarantee that you always will. For example they had to tram/bus tickets that a previous guest left and... More

I don't think I have ever felt more welcome in an hotel before. It was like staying with old friends! We were there Monday-Friday in very comfortable views with an amazing view. Every morning we ahd the best breakfast in all of Blackpool and we always got a good chat! They spent time with us instead of never being there... More
