What can I say about this place that no one hasn't already said?? From the second we walked through the front door we were made to feel extremely welcome by John and Dean. These two guys couldn't have been more hospitable to us. They were very knowledgeable on Blackpool and offered great advice to us first timers visiting the city.... More

The building itself is somewhat old and creaky, but our room was clean and neat. I was happy to find a room... More

The innkeeper John is so friendly, so great with kids. We were happy to find a place with a room for 5! My 3 kids loved the bunk bed. Rooms were... More

I really loved this bnb, me and my family really enjoyed our stay. John and Dean made us feel at home and the advice for our entire trip was so informative from both. I would definetly return to this place again what a nice experience. Thanks a million.

Nice place to stay as away from the busy Blackpool but within walking distance. Owners could not have done anymore to... More
