Have stayed here on many occasions. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, it is very close to the beach, north pier and the town centre. The breakfast is lovely and the evening meals all homemade and great value. There is always a warm welcome and a cold Guinness at the bar. The clientele is made up of mainly genuine holiday... More

Based upon reviews on this site, I stayed at the Sunset over the Blackpool Magicians' Convention in February 2014. I have stayed in lots of places in Blackpool over the several years I have attended the above, but I have never found perfection before! The location was great for the Winter Gardens- close by but very quiet! Malcom and Jacqui... More

The best guest house I have stayed in in Blackpool (I have stayed in a lot). Very clean and friendly. Good breakfast, which you choose on check in. Great value for money. Even a sewing kit was provided. You don't need to ask the time as there are hundreds of clocks in the lounge. I will be back again soon.

Aladin and his lamp were a street talking point, dino as a last minute costume addition did well, cave girl and the pirate complemented "The Birthday Princess" beautifully. As for Big Bird, i have always loved... More
