I spent a long weekend there under the new management of Kerry and Paul. Never been to Blackpool before so wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised to find such a little gem. Our room was very comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was delightful and plentiful. The hotel was only taken over... More

It was basically pin the tail on the donkey when I booked this place. We stayed for 2 nights and it is quite a pleasant little B & B. We were welcomed by the pleasant owners. Reading other reviews I just opted for the cooked breakfast and was slightly disappointed by the amount so the 2nd day I had cereal... More

Just got back from a weekend in Blackpool. We booked this hotel last min, never been there before. What can I say, I have stopped in 5 stars hotels in Blackpool and this hotel amazed me as its only 3 but is far better than some of the 5 stars I have stopped in. The hospitality is out of this... We stayed for 2 nights. We had a lovely welcome and then showed to our very clean room. Breakfast was lovely and served with a warm manner and the owners were very accommodating and hospitable. Will definitely return and strongly recommend .

We booked this hotel the night before travelling for one night. The room was for myself and my granndson who was playing football in Blackpool the morning after our stay. As the game was an early kick off we would have had to leave before breakfast but Jane told us to come down early for breakfast and it would be... More

Myself, husband & our 9yr old son stayed here on our trip to Blackpool on the 19-21st October 2012. We travelled by train to Blackpool South which was only a 6 minute walk from this B&B. Fab location based in the south shore which is central to pleasure beach and easy access to all piers. We paid £9 for a... More

My brother and I booked late for the British Open at Royal Lytham and St Annes. The best part of our stay was the warm friendly welcome from Jane and Jimmy. Always helpful and accommodating we could not want for friendlier hosts. Our room was on the top floor and was quite small, but was very clean, quiet and the... More
