For the price you will not find a better place to stay. The rooms are as you would expect from a Blackpool guesthouse. The beds comfortable and the rooms spotless. It's location is perfect, a 2 minute walk to the seafront and a 3 minute to The Pleasure Beach but far enough away from any noise or passing traffic. The... More

We have been coming to the Waverley now for nearly 10 years. The owners of the guesthouse Steve and Col are always very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is family friendly and doesn't cater for stag and hen parties. The rooms are spotless clean and the breakfast is A1. We will always advise any friends or family who want... More

Best place I have ever stayed in all my years of visiting Blackpool. Col and Steve are most helpful, pleasant people and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile to provide assistance for my family members who had arrived in Blackpool to find their accommodation was a hellhole and needed other immediate accommodation. I would recommend The Waverley without hesitation... More

We stayed for four nights. and enjoyed the entire stay. Steve and Coleen were fantastic hosts, and were some of the nicest ones you would hope to meet when staying at their hotel. Great first impressions from both the b&b and the hosts. We were first bought into the little bar area, and Steve even offered to help carry our... More

Steve and Colleen were extremely friendly and helpful. We were 6 adults and 2 kids split across 4 rooms, all of which were clean, tidy and stocked with all the usual necessities you would expect. Noise and interference were non-existant, a very quiet welcoming place. Will definitely return and recommend. Thank you for such a nice stay.
