We had a fantastic stay, ken was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless, the family room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be returning in the future.

When my wife and I first married we came and stayed here and the hospitality of Ken and Eileen , the food, excellent location kept us coming back, this was in the late 90's to early 2000's. Our children have now grown and so we came back this year and the same level of cleanliness, excellent service and hospitality remains.... More

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in Blackpool. We were there for The Goldsoul Northern Soul Weekender. A nice place to stay. Spotlessly clean, friendly, nice breakfast & ideally located. What more could you ask for ?

Call it old fashioned, call it traditional, some may call it dated but I call it great! It is a traditional British seaside b&b but done with real care and attention. The rooms are comfy and spotless, the breakfast offers every thing you could need and plenty of it. Great beds and a good nights sleep. A great location close... More

Our first impressions of this hotel was how homely it was. It was beautifully decorated. We stayed in a family room on the top floor.... More

Cheeky one night trip to Blackpool an unable to get into our usual hotels so stayed here. Cheap but really clean and friendly no fuss just what we wanted. Great breakfast an the owner ken will do anything to help close to amenities pubs an clubs without being too close to all the madness that is Blackpool. Thanks ken .
