This Hotel is close to the Tower ,but parking is the problem. Only a few places at the Hotel and nearby it is very expensive. No mention of the limited parking in their descriptions ,so when you arrive it is quite stressful finding a place to put your car and cart your luggage. Beware the quote their prices per person... Myself, my partner and her niece and nephew stayed at the hotel in October 2013. When we first entered the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly elderly gentleman behind the main desk. After a quick check in and dropping the bags off in the room i was invited to park the car in the car park at the... More

We booked last minute, paid £200 for 2 nights here. Staff were all lovely, bar prices reasonable and the buffet breakfast was very good although we'd have preferred that the breakfast times were a little earlier. We felt it was pricey for £100 per night for family room, the room was dated and the carpet could do with a deep... More

Paid £20 for one nights bed and breakfast. I suppose you get what you pay for really. Bog standard room with ensuite, tv, hair dryer, and tea making facilities. Mug cracked when hot water was poured into it, didn't want to report incase I got charged for it! Polite notice on the bathroom door asking to shut the door and... More

Arrived Saturday 14th with my husband & 2 children. We were given the keys to room 17, a non smoking family room. It struck us immediately that this was a double room with 2 camp beds squeezed in, literally! 2 people would not be able to stand between the beds at the same time, thought for 2 nights could put...
