Stayed for 1 night at half term for the illuminations. Warm , friendly welcome , clean modern rooms and amenities. Lovely breakfast. Location is quieter due to distance to main attractions which we were very happy about .Tram stop nearby. Stayed in Blackpool in different hotels and guesthouses over 30 years definitely excellent value for money . Would recommend to... More

I e-mailed Danny the owner to ask if it was possible to put a bottle of champagne and chocolates in the room for when we arrived I wasn't disappointed the request was all arranged what a lovely guy. My husband and I have just returned from a one night stopover at Windsor Park Hotel. As soon as we arrived through the door it was lovely and warm and instantly felt calm and inviting. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and introduced, very friendly. We upgraded to the sea view room, which was a great price, room number... More

We arrived at this B&B on arrival there was no where to park our car when I asked the owner hid reply was we don't offer parking although it stated on booking. Com special requests ie parking. I was told first come first served reference parking. And we could park in side road which I found to be very unprofessional!... More

It is a real shame that you were not able to enjoy one of our pristine rooms, really comfortable beds and the Windsor Park’s much praised breakfasts. All our reviews on TripAdvisor are excellent (and genuine) as you rightly point out in your review. You booked a standard double room for two nights through a booking agent and requested sea... Our stay at this modest hotel was terrific. A comfortable room with everything we needed for our two night stay and with hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. We were treated incredibly well and the intimacy of the surrounding was delightful, especially the opportunity to sit in the cosy conservatory with all the family. The location is simply... More

Perfect location, although 2 miles from The Tower there is a tram stop right opposite the hotel. The rooms are very clean, and looks like they have just been updated. The owners can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was superb everything you could want, including yoghurt and fruit. We will return!
