We were informed about this hotel by friends in Wrexham north Wales and although it was not open due to having a refurbishment in the bar/entertainment area are friends persuaded the owners to let us stay. We arrived Fri 30th Jan at 2pm 2015 and left on Sunday 1Feb what a great time we had never been to Blackpool before... More

I've lost count now of how many times I've stayed here and each and every time I've loved it. The atmosphere is fantastic. Wayne and Gary are 2 of the nicest people I've ever met in my life and couldn't do enough for all their guests. The guys are both very sociable and friendly and make everyone feel welcome. They... There appear to be mixed reviews concerning this hotel, so what follows is an honest appraisal based on our experience. Stayed with family and friends. We needed a bed for the night so we could go to a show. The Hotel does need a makeover, however all the staff were very helpful. Wayne was very accommodating and we were offered... More

Had a lovely weekend at this hotel. Wayne couldn't do enough for us. Had a room on the front overlooking the tower, so watched it changing colour all night. Comfortable bed and a very good breakfast. Would stay there again. Wayne even recommended a goo Chinese restaurant to go to and gave us a voucher for 10% discount
