Arrived in October to what can only be described as a kids club! Having gone to the bar to check in we were told to not pay till we had seen the room (never a good sign!) when we went to our room the room next door was occupied by a family with screaming children running around the room! The... More

For a buget hotal we couldn't fault it. The buffet style breakfast was great, plenty on offer. We enjoyed a drink in the downstairs bar each everning... More

Stayed here Mon - Fri in half term week. The Hotel is run down, the room although small tired did have plenty of hot water and clean linen with a decent bed, however a think a vacuum may of been a nice touch as clumps of black hair on the floor. Breakfast in the hotel was suprisingly good plenty available and... More

We went into the cafe/"restaurant" whilst on a day trip. The service was poor. The Staff acted like everything was too much effort and Manners seem to have evaded them. Poor toilet facilities. Would not recommend at all.

Didn't stay in the hotel, but this review is for the restaurant(if you can call it that). Disgusting service from waitress staff. Didn't acknowledge we were there. Totally ignores us for 20 minutes and my Mum had to ask them to take our order. Food although good value, the steal was chewy, inedible meat. When we sent it back, the... More

Clean and tidy, yes carpets are worn and there's dust in places but by far one of the best family hotels in Blackpool! Thankyou to the staff for a warm friendly stay we hope to visit again... More

The room was clean and well maintained and had a fabulous view of the beach. The breakfast was great and as a family we had a meal in the hotel on the Sunday night and the food was fantastic for the price paid. It is in a great location too!

Clean hotel, carpets a little worn and could do with a make over but it is nice and clean. The room was also lovely and warm. The staff are nice and welcoming the bar is very reasonable and entertainment is good. The breakfast is as good as anything we have had elsewhere. Definitely worth a try. It is also an... More
