Got this in the travelodge sale at the start of the year for £9 per night so pricewise great! Keycard had to be updated every day as would not work. Room basic but clean, no towels, pillows or remote for TV (got eventually). Breakfast room too small and there was always a queue waiting and had to wait for cultery... more

Booked family rooms yonks ago got a spectacular price and then thought it might not have been such a good Idea staying in a Blackpool Travelodge over a weekend in August. I was wrong. My family and I (2 adults 2 children) booked 2 nights at this travelodge. Having stayed at numerous travelodges across the country I found this exactly what I would expect from the chain. If you're looking for a nice, clean and safe place to stay near the pleasure beach in blackpool, then this hotel is for you. Theres nothing spectacular about it, but when faced with the alternative of many grungy b&bs in blackpool, travelodge is a far better choice.
