Stayed for one night. Rooms are newly refurbished and spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful member of staff on reception. Close to the pleasure beach and other close attractions. Tram stop right outside the hotel.

My first travelodge stay and will not be my last. This particular one has just had a refurbishment and we were all extremely impressed. £85 for 2 nights for 5 of us (2 adults 3 children) Comfortable and clean and right outside the pleasure beach although don't let that put you off, that closes between 8-9pm so the ride noise... I stayed here for three nights ,never again! Getting parked was like some sort test, travelogue own parking area is too small and a nightmare to get in and out,met one chap trying to menouvere into a space and losing his temper.and why should a resident pay for parking.the shower basin was dirty and the room very warm.went to the cafe... Stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 in a family room. The rooms were basic but clean, the double bed was very comfy but the single beds were a bit hard. The towels were changed, beds made and the bathroom wiped round every day. The downside of the room is that there are no drawers or wardrobes so... More

WOW. Excellent location for pleasure beach. Limited car park space but a car park £10.00 a day next to the hotel. We did not use the café bar, because we had plans already meeting up with friends. The rooms were excellent. Clean & tidy. Fantastic sleep on new beds with comfy pillows & duvets ~ bliss! Noise expected due to... More

Stayed here for one night. Room was clean however there was one double bed and two single beds pushed together. The single beds were very hard and uncomfortable and also not overly clean. The room itself however was fine, basic and quiet. Check in was relatively painless however the person behind the front desk was clueless. Ideally situated right next... More

The room is very basic but clean. The room has no phone, clock or drawers for you to put your clothes in. The WI-FI is good but only for two appliances. There are no toiletries. The room itself was a family good but for me I feel it was just right for my son and I and if there was... More

The Travelodge is a good place to stay if you have a lot of people, 3 in a family room. Recently refurbished, much better beds. At this particular hotel the staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. The only negative for this hotel was the breakfast, lots of choice but unfortunately most of the food was cold...
