Room was nothing like the pictures on the website so we were very disappointed as soon as we got there. I spoke to the manager Keith who was very unhelpful and basically just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. We have stayed in other B&Bs in the same road and we were much happier there and they were much cheaper.... More

Wardrobes with no doors, one tiny window that opened, brown marks smudged across the wall and a filthy shower, one small tv with no remote control so could only watch one channel, rubbish clueless staff, need I go on? PLUS they then took £100 off of my credit card for a mattress that they claimed was ruined. I'm still waiting... More

Well, were to begin??? A group of 12 of us were booked into this hotel for 2 nights (30.5.14). On arrival we were greeted by a pleasant chap, who directed us to our room. Me and 7 other girls stayed here in anticipation of a night out in Blackpool on Saturday 22nd, arrived at the hotel at around 9.30pm and were give a prompt and welcoming greeting. The room was slightly old but really clean, breakfast was also good. Everyone who worked there seemed friendly and polite. For the money, it was perfect.
