We stayed recently and upon arrival the service was good! Until we went to the bar for crisps an the 2 owners were arguing who was going to serve us!! Embarrassing an rude! They didn't even have any crisps! Would never recommend or stay due to the service! The rooms are basic but very clean!

Upon arrival there were no family rooms available but our kids are 12 and 11 so opting for 2 double rooms was the better option for us. Although the hotel is dated the rooms are really clean (better than other hotels I've stayed in Blackpool)!!!! Location is great...... Next to the Pleasure Beach. There is parking but also free off... More

Having enjoyed our stay here a couple of years ago we were pleased to find that it was worth returning again. The breakfast is first class, the staff very friendly and efficient. The welcome on arrival very pleasing. The bar manned by Keith is well stocked and expertly managed. I like this hotel, it is well placed near the pleasure... More

The people were friendly enough and the room was clean and tidy if not small. We were out to work early on a morning so didn't make breakfast however because of this we were given some money back to get something on the way to work which was good of them. It's in a good position near the pleasure beach... More

Stayed weekend Friday & Saturday 10& 11th October . Booked single room £30 per night. Room very clean and bed really comfy. Great en suite although pressure a little low but served its purpose . Breakfast in with the price was great value . I must apologise to Keith though as the room had been booked for me through late... More

Went here for a family weekend and the hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the location a stones throw from the pleasure beach. The breakfast was lovely and the staff accommodating. We will definitely be coming back when we return to Blackpool.
