I. Seen reviews for this hotel I was a bit optimist as the reviews weren't to good but booked the hotel just came back on Monday and we had a great time the staff were very friendley and helpful met loads of nice people entertainment was good defo going back next year

Just come back off a holiday to the southbank/Royal alexanda hotel. The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment but as if was friday-monday holiday we didnt see the builders until monday morning. Breakfast was very well organised and more than enough. Me and my husband stayed there for a week met some lovely people staff were brilliant food was good an entertainment was good every night my husband especially enjoyed it as he was up dancing every night they started calling him the dancer as he would dance on his own

Just back from our 4day stay.stayed there last year place is in middle of revamp .as usual crackn time manageress 1st class very helpful waiter full of banter hotel was packed .entertainment sat night was a hoot drink prices wont find cheaper.yes rooms are small compact no complaints for the price 1st class .already booked next holiday cant wait
