We came to stay at this hotel for Halloween 2015 after reading such good reviews but to our dissapointment we arrived with no welcome just a key and £20 deposit needed we sat in the bar to have a drink and only saw David when he came to serve us to which we had to ring a bell we had... More

Me and my hubby stayed 2 nights. The owner was really friendly. There is no food being served. But right round corner is Cafe 97. Rooms are nice. TV, bathroom, tea/coffee, hairdryer and a safe are in rooms. Very close to promenade. Great wee place .

We were greated by a very nice man who helped us so much he even moved his car so we could Park without getting a ticket. The service we received was amazing and friendly. Close enough to the prom so you can walk to the amusements.

We had a great weekend in Blackpool & the b & b was lovely. The hosts were very polite & helpful. The bedroom was very nice & a great sea view. The food was gorgeous too. Would defo recommend this b & b to all my friends & family & also to come back here again.

Stayed here at half term. It was cheap, clean, quiet and the owner was friendly. Breakfast was good and food plentiful. It certainly wasn't dirty - yes it is not modern and bright but it doesn't advertise itself as a boutique hotel either - it is exactly what it says it is and I would stay again. As for £20... More

Absolutely amazed, the rooms were in need of complete refurb, and the carpets needed a good clean,, as did the windows. The beds in... More
