Stayed here (heavily pregnant) during the illumination and Halloween long weekend 2013 and had a lovely time. The weather was awful but room was cosy warm. All staff were lovely and hard working. Breakfast was good with a decent cooked full English, lots of cakes, yoghurt, cereals and fruits to choose from also. We had a sea view room right... More

Our Family of 15 just had a brilliant W.E. The hotel staff are very amenable and couldn't do enough to please. They were very helpful and kind. They gave us a special table to accommodate all the family for the party. They gave us an area all to ourselves for the Entertainment, which was very good..They even decorated the tables... More

The sea view room was well worth a bit extra. The staff were helpful and conscientious. The place seems really well cared for- even a cubby hole under the stairs in the dining room had been turned into a childrens area. Breakfast was very good.

OK so the rooms (especially the bathroom) needs tarting up but our stay (15th -17th Nov) was very pleasant. The service and hospitality from staff was excellent, especially the night time porter. One review mentioned that they didn't like keys being handed in every time he left the building, This is more than likely for emergency purposes, how else are... More

Stayed here for the last week of the illuminatioins and to watch my beloved football team ITFC. There is no car parking at the location which is a big disadvantage. The owner was very friendly and helpful but we did not like the ceremony of the keys every time we went out and came back to find no one on... More

I recently stayed in this hotel for a long weekend and although there was a slight mix up on arrival, it was sorted out immediately with no fuss. The Manager, Mr M is a very friendly polite man and nothing is too much trouble for him. Although, like most Blackpool hotels, the hotel is a bit dated, it is clean... More

I had read reports on this Hotel before i traveled, and the ones i read were not very favourable, but i take everything as i find it myself. But i am sorry i will not be returning to this hotel. Although the staff were very friendly they were very untrained, from the waitreses spilling soup to be asking what i... More

Dear Brahan, Thank you for your review. Just to say we don't claim to be the best but we would like to think that we are very good. Yes tea bags ect are complementary along with biscuits every day. Along side this we do provide tea and coffee service in lounge for just £1.00 a pot. That is not unreasonable... More

Dear Eric, -I think this review is somewhat unfair and inaccurate. In recognition of our mistake regards the check in date you fail to mention that I did offer you and your wife a free weekend stay with us on your departure but you refused to accept. Regards room change, it was 219 that I offered and not 218 as... More
