Just back from this hotel which is badly in need of an upgrade. Work is being carried out at the moment and the staff are all very good. When we asked for another room as the one we had was tiny we were given another by Kenny who was very helpful and nothing was any bother. The breakfast was good... More

3rd visit to this hotel. Was moved here this time due to Southbank being closed for the week. Blackpool Promotions offer, wise to check their website regularly before you book as prices change frequently. Usual good deal, bus drivers from Docherty's very pleasant - not something you always get. Quite hectic checking in but staff coped with this well. Room... More

This hotel is value for money. We stayed in a family room with view of the sea. Even on a bad day my husband and I could play cards etc in our room as we had a small table with 2 chairs at the window to watch the world go by.

A very busy hotel. The staff were very helpful. Food was good but the hotel needs a lot of attention. The lift did not work for two days, which was important as my husband is disabled and there are a lot of stairs. We also had the noise of a "generator" which did stop at 11pm.

Just back from another excellent 5 Days at Royal Seabank Hotel. Staff really pleasant as always beginning with Kelly and Kenny on reception to all staff in the Restaurant. Good choice of food and nothing was a problem for anyone there. Will be back again without doubt
