We visited via Blackpool Promotions who I think own this hotel. It was booked via phone and cost 109 pound per adult + 49 for a child. This was for Sunday 27th December until Wednesday 30th December. The hotel is presently undergoing refurbishment and is possibly finished by now. When I booked I requested a refurbed room however usual noted... More

Went down on the twixmas deal which was brilliant. This was our 3rd time. Great entertainment and meals. The cabaret was brilliant. Everyone in the hotel looked to be having a great time. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks, see you all again. Mr and Mrs Prendergast

We didn't stay in the hotel, we merely visited for a chat and a beer in the lounge of the hotel which we found very pleasant. And even though we wasn't guests that were staying, we were made to feel very welcome, with directions being pointed for my friend to use the toilet facilities. Lovely bar with fresh coffee available... More

No complaints at all about the room for what I paid - clean, spacious, plenty of tea/coffee etc. Only real gripe was the late night / early morning noise (drunken bellowing, smokers coughing, toddlers wailing) and the smokers mingling round the hotel entrance, constantly in the way! The hotel also bizarrely permits a very early (pre-6am) waste/recycling collection at the... More

Booked a Christmas shopper holiday as a gift for my mother through Blackpool promotions. Can't complain at all about the hotel. The room was lovely and very clean and the entertainment for the three days was fantastic, even for a Sunday night, Monday night and a tues night. The food in the restaurant was great and very good quality. Amazed... More
