We stayed at the Edward hotel for our 3rd time and once again we enjoyed every minute of it. It is in an excellent location for funny girls which is the reason why we were at Blackpool. Stuart the owner never fails to look after us and his hospitality is outstanding. When we arrived we had a good catch up... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Ideal location for pubs and clubs, but hardly any noise once inside. Breakfast was good. Dog friendly hotel with a dog friendly beach at the end of the road. Bedroom was a bit small but plenty of space for me, hubby and the dog. Stuart was really helpful. All in all excellent value for... More

Stayed here last year, its a bed for the night and that`s all. Miss matched furniture , not what you would call the best. wouldnt stay here again.Plenty of places in the same area for same price that are far better. Had a leak from the sink and the bathroom was tiny.

my word the 3rd negative revue put on by yourself. did it hurt that you were asked to leave because of your foul behaviour. please note at the time of your stay it was £53 per person for a two night stay. the same stay today on a friday and saturday would cost £36pp because its room only ie only... Wow! As a contractor, I stay away from home a lot and obviously try and keep my costs down. This is one of the best I have stayed in for years. Booked this hotel as it was one of the cheapest and the photos showed nice, clean bedrooms (although take it from me, that a lot of hotels show photos... More

Stayed here in October 2013 for 2 nights with 2 friends. Great location for sightseeing and nightlife, nice cooked breakfast each morning in the upstairs dining room and friendly owner. We stayed in a triple room which was a good size, decor a little dated but bathroom nice and modern. Cheap and cheerful!

I stayed with my partner in this hotel for two nights and we both had breakfast both mornings. The room we stayed in was a great size and the on suit was a great size as well, it was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable too. The price for the two night stay was brilliant considering we... More

We booked a short weekend trip away as the year has been a bit stressful so far, it was the end of season but Hotel was still buzzing when we arrived, the owner was friendly, welcoming and during our stay did everything he could to help. Lovely breakfast to set you up for the day, although owner soon made my... More

We visited the Edward Hotel for 2 days as a family to see the illuminations. We checked in at 3pm (can check in from 2pm). After being given our keys, we made our way to the rooms only to find that ALL 3 had not been cleaned yet and were not ready. This had not been mentioned when we checked... More

Tucked away between a club and a bar... the proprietor was really helpful and friendly. This guest house is very convenient for the town and the front. A short walk to either.
