Given that Blackpool has a reputation for dreary B&B accommodation, my £35 booking here was made with little expectation. I chose it for it's proximity to the train station. What a lovely place. Was met warmly and showed to my room. Really nice and clean place with wifi. I didn't eat the breakfast and so can't comment on that. Would... More

The owner was very freindly and helpfull and really made us feel at home. The breakfast was quality (a full english for my partner and a veggie breakfast for myself) with cerals and juice avalible. what can we say about our stay at the Edward Hotel - brilliant!! our room was fresh and clean, with tasteful decor, a big flatscreen tv, mirrored wardrobes and a lovely ensuite toilet/shower. Stuart, the owner was absolutely fantastic, both with us and our dogs. Stuart played any music we requested and got our night started off with his home... More

6 of us stayed here for 2 nights. Don't let the outside appearance put you off. The rooms are big, light and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was modern and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities available in the room. The bar area/dining area is a bit small but Stuart, the lovely owner, makes the most of it, with disco lights... More

The Edward hotel was a very clean and welcoming experience part down to the rooms being off a high standard and part down to the owner and his assistant who were very friendly and helpful. The owner made us feel right at home with his friendly banter and conversations. The breakfast was well made and you could level the full... More

We could only stop one night as we had other places to be but found the Edward to be a nice, friendly and clean hotel handily placed for our needs. The owner, Stuart, is very helpful with anything you require and the breakfast was lovely. My only gripe was that we paid a little extra for a 'superior' double ensuite... More
