We stayed at this fab little gem of a hotel. 2 adults & one child. The service was great and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was fab......especially the potato scones. A cosy friendly perfect little family run hotel close to all the attractions. Will definitely be returning

Me, my partner and two ten year olds stayed here for 1 night, was thinking of staying a second night and I can now say I'm happy we didn't! All the reviews were great so I was expecting a lot more than what we got. When we arrived one of the staff was pleasant and showed us to our room... More

Hi im writing this review in response to the review you left...im sorry you found the place so bad but to be fair your review isn't a true reflection of the circumstances. Firstly the hot water, as was explained to ALL the guests we had a burst hot water main in the basement of the hotel during the night therefore... More

Stayed here recently with a friend for a weekend visiting the attractions. Perfect location for the pleasure beach and piers although bars/clubs etc about 20 minute walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming, always chatty and allowed us to leave our cases in reception for the day after check out. Bedrooms clean and cosey, comfy beds and dark curtains. Breakfast was... We stayed here last minute after cancelling another, We really liked the location, the Hotel itself is very friendly, very clean and the staff was great. I'd also mention it's got a very nice family room. The location is right next to the promenade, with plenty of entertainment nearby, we really enjoy this weekend stay. I'd also like to mention,... I have just spent a long weekend here and have to say the hotel is great. Because we have a family of 5 it's harder to get a room that will accommodate all of us but the room we had was a good size. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was fab, didn't look that... More

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was filling to say the least. Kids have a choice cereals and also can have cooked food with it. Adult breakfast was a great start to the day. Like to thank all the staff moe, Jimmy, Heather, and Jackie for making it a great... More

Location of this hotel is fine and its a very clean place with very friendly owners. The breakfast (not included in the price, was basic. Orange juice was warm and a single rasher of almost cooked bacon. Id not recommend this hotel but neither would I say you shouldn't go there. Our major complaint really is that the hotel signage... Were do I start this hotel is nice and big and very clean. The hotel owners moe and jimmy are a lovely and caring couple. The breakfast is lovely and is right over from the beach amusements and the swimming pool! It's 5 minutes away from the pleasure beach. Would defiantly recommend this wonderful place!😊

We booked this hotel as it is well located; walking distance to the station (blackpool south) and right on the beach, opposite the South pier. The room was large, airy and, as requested, at the back of the hotel, so quiet. We therefore didn't have a sea view, but also didn't have any noise from the road/pier/seafront. Bathroom small but...
