They charged my credit card when I book through booking.com, and when I arrived at the hotel the drunk man at the reception said that it wasnt paid, so in good faith I paid again not realizing only when I got my bank estatement, tried to resolve with booking.com and the hotel with no sucess. Very poor quality rooms, people... More

To be honest when we booked our room we knew that it wouldn't be great and to be fair it's OK if your only staying overnight.The staff/owner were friendly and helpful.It is also located near to the central pier area but the hotel requires updating, but it is was it is for the price we paid.The full english breakfast was... Visited this month 4 2nites but ended up stayin for 4 nites, had a absolutely amazing time, great staff, very friendly and accommodating, breakfast is good plenty of it, wud recommend to stay here, will deffo cum back again x

Do no go I had to change dates through health reasons I had booked through Booking. Com they tried to contact hotel but the hotel has an answering machine that doesn't take messages!!! We have tried calling for ONE month ; emailed finally they got in touch with Booking.com . Booking.com have giving me a £20 refund as a goodwill... More

Well worth booking. Staff are brilliant and helpful. Room was ok and cleaned everyday.Seafront was five min walk. Breakfast was great. Plenty of it. The lift was a godsend. The only downside is the parking is a nightmare. Not the hotels fault.

So 7 of us stayed here. In 3 rooms. On arrival the fella straight away gave me a bad impression. Grumpy. We took the car around the back of the building to the most grotty car park ever. We stay in the hotel for Valentine's Day, the lift light didn't work the room was small and dirty, in the evening drug dealers came into the bar helped themselfs to what ever they wanted the manager to drunk to do anything so my partner told him to close it down and he took charge, then the manager goes upstairs... Booked for 7 of us, 3 rooms. Luckily we was all put next to each other.
