I visited with friends. We were bizarrely greeted by the landlord and shown to our rooms. My room was fine. The only minor issues were the toilet door being faulty and a dead spider and cobweb in the corner of the room, as seen below. The TV and hair dyer were quite dated The breakfast was quite tasty. The Pembroke... More

Our second visit to the Pembroke, this time as a bolt hole on New Years Eve Great value for money, from the spotless comfortable rooms to the hearty breakfast. Alan and Joan are welcoming and helpful. Our first choice in Blackpool.

Stayed quite a few times. Every time as good as the last. This year's break for Xmas shopping was great. Joan knows how to cook a good meal. Never been disappointed. If you're looking for chicken nuggets or burger and chips, not your place. If you're after hearty, home cooked food, then get in there. Don't mind a bit of... More

The place is clean, warm, comfortable and in a quiet area close to the amenities. Although our room was a bit on the small side everything else ticked all the boxes. Friendly hosts and smashing breakfasts set us up each day. Thank you.

We stayed at the hotel over Halloween weekend and it was very busy and noisy around the town at night. Fortunately, The Pembroke is far away enough not to be affected by this, yet close to the promenade, many attractions and the shopping area. The room was clean and well presented. A hearty breakfast was served each morning. The owners... More

on arrival Michael greeted us and took our bags, made us a coffee and biscuits. Very relaxed atmosphere. Excellent food. Nothing too much trouble. everything was spotlessly clean. You can have coffee and biscuits all day long sat in the lounge. There is a wii and loads of games for children to play. Would definitely go back, and recommend to... More

We stayed at the Pembroke Hotel in August for the 2nd time and are very impressed with the friendly and helpful running of the Hotel by Alan and Joan We went as a family and there were 7 of us altogether. However it was not possible for all of us to go on the same day. So it meant that... More

Day trip turned to impromptu overnight stay. Hotel manager very accommodating. Reasonable price. He showed how shower worked etc. Room was small but comfortable. Bed cosey. Good location. Overall a pleasant guest house :)
