We found this hotel to be absolutely brilliant. On arrival we were made instantly welcome. Our room was exceptional. Clean,bright,extremely well equiped. The little touches made all the difference, bottled water, pocket packs of tissues, tv/dvd, in fact too many to list! We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay, this hotel is in a great location near to many attractions whilst being in a quiet area. Perfect location between two tram stops, just beside the Pleasure Beach yet quiet and near the seafront. Graham and his lovely staff provide great service, a friendly welcome, clean comfortable rooms and a welcoming bar area to relax at night.
