We stayed at the Birch Villa and would recommend it to anyone. David and Michelle are great hosts who made us all feel very welcome. The Birch Villa is spotless and very homely. The children even came down to breakfast in their pyjamas as they felt so at home. There were nine of us in our party ranging from great... more

I have no complaints with the room we had, it was spotlessly clean & tidy, although the shower was a hot/cold trickle. Breakfast was fine. My main criticism would be that the smoking laws are completely ignored at this hotel, which if... more

Hotel was spotless and the owner, David was very welcoming. The room was £20 each per night for Bed & Breakfast and the room was very clean (you could smell the fabric softener off the towels, which made it very homely). The room had the usual tea/coffee facilites, alarm clock, TV with Freeview (which didn't have a meter!). The breakfast... more

We first stayed here a few years ago and up until then, out of all the hotels in Blackpool we had never in 12 years returned to any of the others. We have been back to stay with David and Michelle about 6 times now and will never, ever go anywhere else. It is like having a break away with... more

Two wonderful hosts. Rooms clean tidy & comfortable. Food excellant. Friendly, homely hotel. Michelle & David make you most welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. I am disabled & they go out of their way to ensure everything is catered for. Looking forward to my third stay in July 09. Jan - Telford more
